Ferdinand J. Ruaño established Private Equity Solutions, LLC in June 2010. He is the managing principal of PES LLC and also a registered investment adviser. His desire to help make owning a home within reach of all who aspire to do so led him to begin the “Seller Financing Program” through Private Equity Solutions in 2014. Ferdinand Ruano oversees and makes decisions about all the investments in the Private Equity Solutions Private Placement Fund. He is responsible for the company’s investment strategies, capitalization, sales plans and risk management strategies. Ferdinand focuses on implementing strategies to maximize returns for firms investors.

Maribel is responsible for the efficient administration of the company. She maintains constant communication with the investors including quarterly reports on their investments. She is also a Realtor for PES Homes Realty. As a realtor, she actively researches properties for PES portfolio and for clients interested in purchasing or selling properties. Community services by the team, such as charities and feeding the homeless have been initiated and organized by Maribel.

Esther Ortiz is the Chief Compliance Officer and Treasurer of Private Equity Solutions with company oversight. She is committed to cost-effective management of resources and quality performance. She is responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance issues. As Treasurer, she oversees the company’s financial activities and is actively involved in the accounting process. She was the first person in Puerto Rico to obtain the CRCP (Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional) designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton which is the Securities Industry’s Leading Executive Program for Compliance Professionals. She is also a Realtor for PES Homes Realty.

As a Junior Executive Jose Crespi builds and maintains meaningful relationships with the clients and ensures that they have high quality service and client experience. This is achieved through routine visits with clients to keep them updated on the progress of their accounts and to discuss any changes in their investment goals. Jose assists Ferdinand with client communications, business development, negotiations, and expanding the company’s network. Jose is currently pursuing the uniform investment adviser also called the series 65 license.

Marie is currently a business student completing her Master's Degree in International Business. She is responsible for the marketing and administration of the company’s social media platforms and webpages. Marie also assists with the ​administrative office work. She is an expert level marketing major with good communication skills and great energy.

Adlin prepares all the accounting work for the company’s investment portfolio and works closely with the company’s CPA’s in preparing Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and Audits. She is also responsible for preparing investments statements for the company’s different portfolio models.

Michelle has been in the management field for 7 years. She is a graduate of Washburn University: and spends her time volunteering with several non-profits in Florida. 

Michelle has overseen property management for several years: ensuring efficient daily operations and meeting financial objectives. Michelle is pursuing her Real Estate license in Florida.

Kevin has been managing in the developing and overseeing construction of new builds as well as overseeing and managing homes for remodeling; for over 10 years. Kevin is currently working on his Bachelors in Business Management and will receive his degree in February 2021. Kevin's role in executing and monitoring the scope of projects had led to the completion of many successful projects.
