Preferred Lending Agreement (PLA)
The P.L.A is a written agreement by which a use, confidence or trust is declared of any land under which the title to real property is vested in a trustee by a recorded instrument that confers on the trustee the power and authority to manage on behalf of the beneficiary.
Private Collateralized Mortgage Notes (PCM)
The PCM will allow investors to obtain high income in a low yield environment. The investor has safety of principal by obtaining a collateralized mortgage real estate investment. In addition, it offers the possibility of investing in real estate without owning the property itself. This is a suitable investment for income oriented investors.
Private Placement Capital Fund
This is a fund created for the passive investor in Real Estate and other alternative investment strategies. It uses techniques of traditional and non-traditional Real Estate investment.
